Destinations, rates and timing

Orders for the UK, Europe and the United States ship from our stock in the UK, Germany and California (USA), respectively. Orders for other destinations ship from China. Available destinations depend on the product and its shipping quote. The checkout checks the available destination and shows the shipping amount before payment authorization. Shipping fees depend on the destination, packaged product weight and quantity, and are shown in the checkout quote. Destinations without a confirmed quote require contacting support. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carriers or local conditions.

Customs and taxes

Prices for our UK, European and US local-stock orders include applicable VAT or sales tax. Quoted shipping charges for these orders also include applicable taxes; no additional VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. Prices of taxable US items include sales tax reimbursement, rounded to the nearest cent. For other destinations shipped from China, import duties and taxes are not collected at checkout and may be payable separately by the recipient. Your shipping quote confirms the applicable treatment before payment.

Tracking and delivery

After dispatch, we record the carrier and tracking number and send a shipment email. Customers can also use the order-status page →. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows an exception or delivery to the wrong location.

Address changes

Check your delivery address carefully. We can only attempt an address change before shipment and cannot guarantee that a carrier can redirect a parcel.
